Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
